Construction projects in Bridge-Way Villas must follow the guidelines in the Homeowner Instructions document below and be approved using the application provided below. Once the Bridge-Way Villas Board of Directors has given its formal approval, the home owner must also have approval as required by the Pelican Bay Foundation and contractors must obtain any required permits from Collier County. The Bridge-Way Villas Homeowners' Association Architectural Planning Criteria document dated January 2023 . The Architectural Planning Criteria is used by board members and the ARC for determining if construction projects are in accordance with the architectural standards of our community. Bridge-Way Villas Architectural Review Committee Application Form (updated December 19, 2023)
This document is completed by the owner who sends it to the property manager for distribution to the ARC. The ARC recommendation is then forwarded to the board for their approval. All required supporting information must be attached such as architectural drawings, elevation plans. materials specifications, etc. or the submission will not be accepted. A $1,000 refundable deposit is required with the application.
